Do you have preferred platforms you always recommend?
We have deep expertise in a specific set of platforms, including Zoho, Salesforce, Moodle, Sitefinity, and Celcat, because we've found them to be the most capable and reliable solutions for education environments. That said, we're not tied to any single vendor. Our starting point is always your requirements, and we'll recommend whatever best fits your institution's needs, existing infrastructure, and budget. If you already have platforms in place, we'll work with those wherever possible.
Can you help with the redesign of internal workflows?
Yes, this is a core part of what we do. Before we write a line of code or configure a system, we invest time in understanding how your teams actually work, not just how processes are supposed to work on paper. We identify inefficiencies, duplication, and friction points, and design smarter workflows that your technology then supports. Better systems built on broken processes don't deliver better outcomes, so getting the workflow right first is essential.
Will off the shelf software meet all our needs?
