information system
built for colleges.

Connected to Moodle, Salesforce and Zoho through our Integration Hub, and hosted and run by us in AWS Ireland.

What Innealla does

Everything that hangs off the student record, in one system.

Innealla holds the student record and everything that hangs off it, from first application to alumni, in one system with one data model.

Built for Irish and UK processes, with QQI exports, CAO imports, SUSI grants and HEA returns handled by the system rather than beside it.

Automation

Automation

Workflows that react to the record.

Rules that act when something changes, such as a welcome email when an enrolment is created, or a notification to student support when a student is flagged at risk, with an activity log of every run.

The AI brain

An AI brain, on your terms.

Innealla is built with AI running through it, not bolted on. Staff ask it questions and tell it to do things in plain English, and it works against the live student record within the permissions that person already has.

  • Ask and get the list, with the figures traced to where they came from
  • Tell it to do something, and it comes back as a preview to approve before anything changes
  • Early alerts on students at risk, drawn from attendance, grades and fees together
  • Runs on a model hosted by Inneall in Ireland, so your student data never leaves our platform and there is no per-token bill from a third party
  • Optionally bring your own OpenAI or Anthropic keys for the tasks or hours you choose, so you control the cost model
  • Every request and every action is logged against the person who made it

Who it is for

For colleges that want a
supplier they can talk to.

Colleges running the student operation across a patchwork of tools that do not talk to each other, or on a legacy SIS bent to fit Irish processes.

  • Private and professional colleges

In Ireland and the UK, from a few hundred students to several thousand

  • Replacing a system

A departing supplier, a legacy SIS, or spreadsheets and local databases

  • Groups and multi-brand colleges

One platform, with a separate instance for each school or brand

  • Already on Moodle or Salesforce

Colleges that run them with us and want the student record connected

  1. 1

    Discovery

  2. 2

    Migration

AI-assisted: students, programmes, enrolments, results and fees mapped, with every transformation logged.

  3. 3

    Parallel run

  4. 4

    Cutover

Timed between intakes, with a written rollback plan.

  5. 5

    Live and connected

Moodle, CRM, finance and identity reconnected through the Integration Hub on day one.

Most colleges are live in under two months. Existing exports from Quercus, TSM, Celcat and spreadsheets all import, and your current system stays the source of truth until cutover.

Why colleges look at a move

The questions any college asks when a long contract comes up for renewal.

None of them is a criticism of the system you have. Most conversations start with one of these.

  • Cost

Licence, hosting and change requests adding up, with little visibility of the next three years.

  • Fit

Irish fee structures, QQI returns, instalments and sponsor billing handled in spreadsheets beside the system.

  • Distance

A large supplier, a ticket queue and a release cycle that does not move at the pace of an academic year.

  • Integration

Moodle, CRM, timetabling and finance each holding their own copy of the student.

  • Reporting

Questions the system cannot answer without a developer or an export to Excel.

  • AI

Plain-English questions of the live record, without sending student data to a third party.

How you buy it

One monthly fee, banded by student numbers.

Innealla is a hosted subscription per college, banded by student numbers so the cost of growing is known in advance. One monthly fee covers the platform, hosting, updates and standard support.

  • AI-assisted migration measured in days, not months
  • Live in under two months, with a parallel run before cutover
  • Your rate held for a 24-month term, with no usage charges on the platform itself
  • Changes and enhancements after go-live quoted separately, so the subscription stays predictable

FAQ

Questions colleges ask us.

Can’t see yours? Talk to us.

What is Innealla?

Innealla is a cloud student information system (SIS) built by Inneall for colleges in Ireland and the UK. It holds the student record from application to transcript: admissions, curriculum, enrolments, timetabling, attendance, fees, assessment and awards, with a student portal, a mobile app and an AI brain built in. We host it, run it and support it ourselves.

How is Innealla priced?

As a hosted subscription per college, banded by student numbers, so the cost of growing is known in advance. One monthly fee covers the platform, hosting, updates and standard support. Set-up is a fixed price confirmed at a two-week discovery, and your rate is held for a 24-month term. Add-ons such as the student portal, mobile app and AI report builder are priced separately.

How long does it take to move to Innealla?

Most colleges are live in under two months. A two-week discovery grades your data from A to G and fixes the price, AI-assisted migration then takes days rather than months, and we run the old and new systems in parallel before cutover. Existing exports from Quercus, TSM, Celcat and spreadsheets all import.

Does Innealla connect to Moodle, Salesforce and our other systems?

Yes. The Integration Hub connects Innealla to Moodle through our own plugin, to Salesforce through a managed app we built, and to finance, identity, messaging and Irish HE returns. Each connector is switched on per college from inside Innealla.

Where is our data held and how does the AI use it?

Innealla is hosted in AWS Ireland. The AI brain runs on a model hosted by Inneall in Ireland, so student data never leaves our platform, there is no per-token bill from a third party, and every request is logged against the person who made it.

Which systems can you migrate from?

Banner, SITS, Quercus, Colleague, TSM, Celcat and spreadsheets. If your current system can export its data, the two-week discovery grades it from A to G and confirms a fixed price for the move.

Will Moodle and our CRM stay connected during the move?

Yes. Your current system stays the source of truth until cutover, and Moodle, CRM, finance and identity are reconnected through the Integration Hub so they are live on Innealla from day one.
